Hubdoc – automatically provides monthly bank and credit card statements to your bookkeeper. Statements sync with Hubdoc. This app is a great time saver for you and your bookkeeper. Or, you can forward electronic copies of bills and receipts to Hubdoc to be entered into QuickBooks.
Bill.com – minimizes the time spent on paying bills while maintaining the necessary approval processes to safeguard your business. Bill.com is a time saver for the busy business owner. The owner gets an email when it is time to pay bills. You check the bills you want to pay. An electronic copy of the bill is attached if you want to review. There may be a cost saving benefit to using Bill.com as well. Your quickbooks bookkeeping services expense could be lower because your bookkeeper doesn’t need to print checks anymore.
LivePlan – provides you with a dashboard that helps you determine how your organization is doing compared to last year and your forecast. Actual financial information is synced from QuickBooks. They also have a good cash forecasting tool.
Expensify – simplifies expense tracking and approval. Take pictures and organize receipts, keep track of mileage and expenses to easily sync with QuickBooks.
Ebility – allows your team to enter their time from any device, anywhere and automatically syncs with your accounting software.
