Tell us more about your business:
Homewatch CareGivers provides in-home care to seniors and individuals of any age with developmental disabilities. For the past 15 years, we have offered care including--but not limited to--post-surgery, respite, dementia and Alzheimer’s, transportation, and companionship.
Located in Beachwood, we provide services to clients living in Beachwood, Independence, Solon, and Westlake. Our goal is to keep people in their homes, where they are most comfortable and familiar. This work supports the whole family by taking on responsibilities and allowing family to spend quality time with their loved ones.
What is your biggest challenge?
Our greatest challenge has been with recruitment. Maintaining stable, long-term staff is a key component of our program. Clients benefit from solid relationships with caregivers.
What led you to BudgetEase? What are the main reasons you have referred clients to us for their bookkeeping?
We found BudgetEase as a part of the Equal Opportunity Advisors (EOA) and Business Network International (BNI) groups.
Why do you find having someone else do your bookkeeping helpful?
Handing over our bookkeeping to BudgetEase frees up our time to focus on our clients. Before BudgetEase, we had an in-house bookkeeper. It is much easier to have BudgetEase to do this work because it gives us a nice outside perspective and helps us think of ideas we never would have thought of on our own. Communication has been great and George has been fabulous. The detail and accuracy has been excellent.
