Werkberry provides smaller businesses with innovative job advertising and cost-effective solutions to help them fill open positions. Their service is delivered via a software platform that provides cutting edge hiring and advertising solutions in one easy-to-use tool. They find talented candidates, guide job title and ad creation, and manage candidates in one place quickly, easing the burden of time spent on talent hunting for a small business.

Tell me more about your business: Small businesses are often unable to find talented, qualified candidates. The small company can spend lots of time and money just for a handful of candidates, who may not be the best fit for the job. There are so many job posting boards to choose from and the large company job openings dominate the top of the search results, leaving the smaller businesses with less exposure and visibility to potential candidates.

At Werkberry, we leverage technology to help the small business find the hidden candidates and make it affordable and efficient for them. We turn the entire internet into a recruiting tool and use artificial intelligence, automation, algorithms, and human hands to customize service. We give small businesses just what they need, not services they don’t. Werkberry uses keywords for the job search that fit the needs of each particular small business.

What is your biggest challenge? Our biggest challenge is gaining the trust of the small business. Hiring is hard for a small business and being even one person down can be a huge hit on the company. Sometimes they're slow to make a change and to believe that we offer a better, more cost-effective solution to finding the right candidate. Many small companies are unable to gain access to important advantages that are only available to larger enterprises. They've felt unsupported and left behind with the new technology.

Werkberry is built 100% for small business. We work through channel partners, people who’ve already built trust with small businesses by providing services for them like HR outsourcing, payroll, or insurance. Werkberry provides one more area where the channel partners can offer additional services to small businesses.

What led you to call BudgetEase? We were working with another bookkeeper previously until the company, Focus CFO, recommended BudgetEase to us.  The change is like night and day.

What do you find helpful having someone else do your bookkeeping? Cheryl of BudgetEase is a dream to work with. She is so service forward, always takes the call. Having the service is priceless. Knowing that once you pass along the information, you can trust that the work is going to be done for you is just phenomenal. Everything Cheryl ever said she was going to do for us, she has delivered. I have never had to worry if it is going to get done. The BudgetEase service is fantastic. It can be hard for small services to get going with a bookkeeping system and BudgetEase was very patient with the onboarding process.
