Efficiency Meetings: Generating Ideas and Solutions
This year, we are establishing efficiency meetings with our team to generate ideas and tackle the biggest challenges faced by each client. By identifying trends and finding solutions, we aim to minimize these challenges and provide greater efficiencies for our clients.
Client-Centric Approach
2025 is all about putting our clients first. We plan to ensure regular communication by calling them at least quarterly, using the FORD acronym (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams) to support their needs holistically.
Enhancing Financial Information Quality
We are ramping up the quality of the financial information we provide to our clients with a new quality control review process.
Extra Support for Struggling Clients
While most of our clients are thriving, a few are struggling due to industry challenges or overvalued business purchases. We plan to work extra hard to support these clients, especially in challenging industries like restaurants and home restoration. By watching expenses and quoting properly, we aim to help these businesses thrive in 2025.
Improving Internal Processes
Internally, we are focused on improving our onboarding process for new clients. Recognizing that this process can be confusing and tedious, we are excited to implement improvements. We have expanded our introduction meeting, which includes our sales team and delivery team, ensuring they have the information needed to hit the ground running. Additionally, we plan to act quickly if we identify a client that is not profitable for us, implementing efficiencies within a couple of weeks.

These simple yet impactful initiatives are anticipated to generate significant results for our clients, enhancing their profitability and freeing up time for them to focus on other aspects of their business.
